So my story begins four years ago when my husband and Bak page woman seeking man in Manchester, along first date Evansville our two daughters, moved from New Orleans to the Lafayette area after my husband accepted a job here. I was very excited for this new journey, but I was terrified because I was leaving my city, my family, and friends to move to a city where I barely knew anyone. I was committed to making new mom friends, but that task proved to be harder than I ever imagined.

I was beginning to feel outdone and wondering if I would ever find friends in this new city. Life was tough! I had a baby and a toddler, and I needed an outlet. I decided to take a chance and enroll my children in a Music Together class to get them out of the house and to offer me some adult socialization.

Two of the moms that I had become friendly with suggested that we get lunch after class. I was beyond excited.

We began meeting more outside of class for play dates and meeting at events in the area. These women quickly became good friends.

They bi meets Pueblo CO me to their pokeno group where my small circle of friends quickly grew and I found my mom tribe. These special ladies quickly became a part of my life and I wound up leaning on them through the most difficult time of my life.

We have such a wonderful time together, and because of them, I have learned to love this area and all that it has to offer. I love my tribe, and I will cherish them always. Its so hard to make mom friends.
